HUM Nutrition

Hum Nutrition Secrets in Beauty Christina Maria Kyriakidou

HUM Nutrition was born out of a personal journey and its approach to connecting with consumers mirrors the one thing that ultimately led to game-changing results for its co-founder & CEO Walter Faulstroh: knowledge.

I have been using Hum Nutrition over the last 8 months and I am very impressed. I have tried:

  • Daily Cleanse – helps clear skin + cleanse the body
  • Flatter Me – supports a flatter stomach + healthy digestion
  • Skin Squad Pre + Probiotic – nurtures the gut + clears skin
  • Hair Sweet Hair – vegan gummy for stronger healthier hair
  • Glow Sweet Glow – vegan gummy for glowing hydrated skin
  • Killer Nails – supports longer stronger nails + hair

HUM Nutrition launched in 2012 ahead of the boom because its founders saw wellness as the next big thing before others did. Often pioneer brands like HUM Nutrition don’t end up reaping the benefits; however, in this case, HUM has continued to lead the pack with its uniquely innovative approach. As the industry continues to grow at a rapid pace, consumers are becoming more and more overwhelmed and skeptical about what actually works.

Firm in the belief that self-care (and skincare!) starts from the inside out, the minds behind HUM Nutrition set out on a mission to distill the expertise of leading nutritionists into a line of high-performing supplements. A product of Co-Founder Walter Faulstroh’s continuous struggle with breakouts, the thinking behind the range is underpinned by the intrinsic link between nutrition and health (be it skin or otherwise). Each of the clever capsules and gummies in this collection is empowered by bioavailable, naturally derived nutrients of clinically proven quality – they’re triple-tested for potency and purity. So whatever our skin or wellness goal might be, we can curate our own customisable HUM Nutrition routine, tailored to our needs.

All HUM products are gluten-free, non-GMO, suitable for vegan and keto diets, and sustainably sourced.

My Opinion

I am not a Doctor or a Chemist but I have seen a difference using HUM Nutrition. My biggest fear when it comes to supplements is that I am polluting my body with chemicals that don’t do anything and negatively affect my liver at the same time.

Each ingredient in a HUM product has been verified to work by scientific studies, and formulated in a way that tackles a particular problem or concern, including hair, skin, immunity, nails, digestion, sleep, and mood.

On Cult Beauty now, I can see that they have brought the Prenatal Multivitamin +DHA. I am 8 months pregnant now so I feel like it is too late to try however as I plan to breastfeed, I will keep taking my pregnancy vitamins for at least 1 year postpartum. If you have tried it already, please let me know what you think.

Would I Recommend HUM Nutrition?

I have seen an improvement by using HUM Nutrition, so yes they get my recommendation. I have tried 6 of the 37 products and I tried each product for a minimum of 3 months. However, I will say that everyone is different. Any supplement to see if it works for you, you need to allow 3 months.
