Smudge proof, waterproof, rapid drying and sustainable in high temperatures.

Layer beneath Colorfix Metallics or Colorfix Foils for an uber rich color payoff and lots of dimensionality. But be warned, this high-performance formula dries rapidly and should be blended quickly, and you only need a small amount.
